WHITE CAP DECK
Our lawn maintenance customer came to us requesting a new deck. After reviewing several options, she chose white cedar decking with aluminum railings. The frame was constructed with pressure-treated lumber. The final product beautifully complements the natural wood surroundings just outside Shoreview Estates.
FIRST ST. COLLINGWOOD
Catherine and Mike had just completed a restoration of their 100-year-old home, and the exterior received a full landscape overhaul. The project included new grading and sod from Brayford’s Sod, a hot tub pad using Best Way Stone, animal watering trough planters, black cedar mulch, and a custom water feature. The result fits perfectly with the historic charm of downtown Collingwood.
DONALDSON FENCE
Pat had been struggling to find someone willing to take on her fence project. In the spring, we got to work on a challenging build due to the elevation changes and slippery slope of Donald Street in downtown Barrie. The fence was custom-built from white cedar sourced from Red and White Cedar Limited in Tobermory. The finished product has become a neighborhood favorite and a conversation piece admired by guests.
WILLIAM ST FACE LIFT
Our client’s home in Alcona needed more colour and structure. We undertook a full backyard renovation including regrading, new sod, and newly designed beds filled with shrubs and perennials from Bradford Greenhouse. The front yard was enhanced with fresh sod along the driveway, a brand-new Unilock front entrance, new planting beds, and a stone garden wall for added character.
LEFROY PATIOS
The owner of a newly built home in Lefroy was looking to complete her landscaping with a front entrance and a rear patio. We used Best Way Stone and matching steps to bring her vision to life.

ESTATE CLEANUPS & DISPOSAL
Disposals and cleanups were some of the first services we ever offered. We've handled everything from old couches to boats, farm equipment, and even complete shed demolitions. One of our most memorable jobs involved tearing down an old bomb shelter and clearing multiple sheds to make way for a new Sandy Cove Acres development.
FLEMING BLVD. ESTATE
We manage this Lake Simcoe estate for one of our long-term clients, and they requested a roadside refresh to match the rest of the property. We removed old cedar stumps, regraded the area, and installed new armor stone and yews. The update was completed with a new mailbox and post, blending seamlessly with the improved landscape.
ANGUS OVERHAUL
This newer home in Angus had seen years of neglect and poor landscaping decisions. We gave it the full treatment—new walkway and steps using Unilock, followed by fresh sod from Brayford Sod Farms and topsoil from Carr Landscape Depot. The transformation was night and day.
GUEST ROAD REVAMP
“All we asked for was a mailbox…” That’s how our relationship with Jaci and her husband Lorne began. Their new-build home lacked landscaping, and our first task was removing a bomb shelter from the backyard. As trust grew, so did the scope. Eventually, we gutted the entire property - removing trees, stumps, fences, and even a gravel driveway. The final result included new pressure-treated privacy fences, a retaining wall, a rear iron fence, granite slab walkway, granite rock garden, new front beds, trees, shrubs, and—of course—the original mailbox.
DIXON ROAD CLEANOUT
Possibly our toughest job. After our first client passed away, their family asked us to help with the estate. We negotiated to purchase the contents -both the good and the bad. Multiple trips to the dump and many Marketplace listings later, the property was unrecognizable. One family member said, “It wasn’t this clean when he bought it.”
SOD INSTALLATION
Over the years, we’ve met many clients looking to refresh their lawn. Laying new sod is often the best way to achieve an instantly revitalized and healthy yard.
